What is the program about?
The program is based on the development
of techniques that are simple, highly effective,
yet very easy for the beginner to learn and remember.
This program brings a fresh perspective to the needs of
professional women and their daughters. It is a course
that causes women of all ages to be aware of their
surrounding and take appropriate action so they
can prevent being a victim.
Who should take the course?
Women ages 12 years and older. Most women who
have been raped were in an environment they con-
sidered safe and were raped by someone they thought
they could trust. Three out of four women will be victims
of at least one violent crime during their lifetime. Every
hour 16 women confront rapists; a women is raped every
6 minutes. Since 1974, the rate of assaults against young
women (20-24) has jumped almost 50%.
What does the course cost?
The real question should be: What is the safety of you, your
daughter or wives worth? The course is $59 per person and
discounted to $39 for groups of 6 or more.
How long does the course take?
The course is designed to better prepare you for a mental,
physical and emotional attack, should it ever occur. The
course will take 3 hours from start to completion.
Who is the course Instructor?
The course is taught by Master Gary P. Richards. He has
trained in the martial arts since he was 5 years old, and,
is considered to be one of the best in the nation. His back-
ground consists of TaeKwon-Do, Jui-Jitsu, Muay Thai,
Hand to Hand Combat and much more.
